This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly influence strategic marketing efforts within a fast-paced retail environment. You will contribute to key projects by translating consumer insights into actionable creative strategies, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering collaboration across various teams. Your work will directly impact the customer experience and the successful rollout of new initiatives, driving brand growth and market leadership.

**Responsibilities**

* Support leadership in the day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of retail initiatives to drive project objectives.
* Ensure seamless execution of all project deliverables within the overall proposed timeline.
* Capture and provide feedback on creative concepts/tests and share recommendations with customer experience leadership.
* Navigate ambiguity and respond to evolving project needs based on stakeholder feedback.
* Interpret and apply consumer insights to inform creative briefs and/or concept feedback.
* Oversee project communications within project management tools.
* Act as a project resource for creative teams, providing context, clarity, and feedback on a wide variety of deliverables.
* Conduct competitive analyses and/or signage audits, and attend site walkthroughs as needed.
* Coordinate and maintain the marketing budget associated with your area of responsibility.
* Act with agility and speed to address feedback and direction from executive leadership.
* Document, organize, and upload all relevant briefs and files in collaboration and project management platforms.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* 5-10 years of retail marketing experience.
* Agile and results-driven with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, adhere to deadlines, and provide follow-up to ensure completeness and quality.
* Experience evaluating creative and providing feedback to creative teams.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to think critically, proactively problem-solve, and navigate complex situations through logic to drive solutions and a path forward.
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and people skills; ability to build relationships, interact professionally and comfortably, and express ideas, direction, and feedback with clarity.
* A team player who collaborates well and enjoys building relationships with partners across multiple disciplines with the ability to navigate different team dynamics.
* Proficient in collaboration and standard office applications.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**

* Ad agency or client-side advertising experience.
* Experience in project management tools.
* Interest in the fashion industry and/or the off-price/retail business model.
