**About the Role**

We are expanding our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a coordinator who thrives on precision, candidate engagement, and continuous improvement. In this vital role, you will be the linchpin connecting candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and reflects our commitment to excellence. You will be instrumental in curating a distinguished candidate experience, leveraging your skills to navigate complex schedules and provide timely, accurate support across various functions, from early career talent to seasoned professionals in software and services, engineering, cooperate staffs, manufacturing etc..

**What You’ll Do**

  • Orchestrate Interview Logistics: Expertly coordinate and manage interview schedules, proactively resolving conflicts and calendar changes to minimize disruptions for candidates and interview teams.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact on interview days, ensuring a welcoming and smooth onsite experience for all candidates.
  • Provide Exceptional Support: Deliver top-tier candidate care, offering timely and accurate responses to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
  • Manage Documentation: Prepare and support all necessary documentation for the interview process.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Accurately maintain and update candidate records within Workday and other essential platforms, ensuring consistency and reliability.
  • Track and Report:** Manage candidate trackers and pre-employment results, utilizing Excel and Workday dashboards to provide clear insights.
  • Proactive Problem Solving:** Communicate challenges or potential issues to the recruiting team throughout the hiring process, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work seamlessly across different talent acquisition functions, adapting to varying needs and supporting diverse hiring initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of talent coordination, acquisition and/or full lifecycle recruitment. THIS IS NOT A SENIOR LEVEL ROLE OR A TECHNICAL RECRUITER POSITION.
  • Demonstrated experience in a coordination role, preferably within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
  • Strong service orientation with a proven ability to deliver impeccable candidate engagement.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Workday.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to filter data, create pivot tables, and understand data insights.
  • High volume recruiting, talent coordination and acquisition. MUST INCLUDE STATS ON YOUR RESUME (i.e. 30 talent screens per week etc.)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to different team needs and priorities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and escalating issues to appropriate personnel.
  • A full understanding of the end-to-end recruiting process flow.
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition coordination tools such as Hireright and Outlook. Paradox is a plus.
