Seeking an experienced Digital Project or Program Manager, specializing in automotive Tier 1 websites, preferrably coming with ad agency experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Drive the digital customer experience strategy across key digital channels, including websites and CGI asset development.
* Define and implement features and functionality that compellingly tell the product and brand story.
* Manage day-to-day processes and timelines, coordinating with production and creative agencies to ensure successful and timely launches.
* Lead and empower multiple external agency teams to execute the overarching digital strategy.
* Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues and internal business partners to continuously enhance digital platforms and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Champion the user experience by integrating industry best practices, usability research, and customer insights throughout the design and development lifecycle.
* Effectively manage and collaborate with diverse cross-functional partners within a large, complex organization.
* Contribute to the strategic management of the digital budget.
* Establish, track, and analyze KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
* Lead ongoing digital optimization efforts, including A/B testing and targeted initiatives.
* Oversee usability studies, competitive reviews, and benchmarking analyses to inform strategic decisions.
* Define and prioritize features and bug fixes based on business needs and value.
* Facilitate global collaboration and coordination to foster innovation and optimize experiences across international markets.
* Manage the development of product model overview pages and integrated shopping tools.
* Oversee product lifecycle changeover rollouts across digital platforms.
* Lead website development initiatives to support new product reveals and launches.
* Manage the CGI asset development process, coordinating with vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
* Drive content research and optimization for websites and other related digital platforms.
* Provide brand retail support to optimize offers, incentives, and retail communications.
**What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves):**
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 6+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, with a deep understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
* Proven digital product management experience, specifically working on high-traffic consumer-facing websites.
* Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently.
* A genuine passion for the digital space, coupled with strong knowledge of digital trends and an innate ability to innovate.
* Hands-on experience working with digital content management systems.
* Direct experience collaborating with technology teams and developers to translate concepts into live experiences.
* Technical and experience design aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate effectively with technical teams and designers.
* Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and translating user insights into tangible site improvements.
* Strong analytical capabilities, adept at interpreting site metrics and formulating recommended actions.
* Demonstrated experience leading multiple agency partners and fostering close collaboration to achieve a shared vision.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams within a large organizational structure.
* A clear understanding of digital creative, digital media, and measurement strategies.
* Experience working globally across markets and partnering with international colleagues to ensure brand consistency.
* A proactive approach with the capacity to take ownership of tasks and drive them to successful completion.
* Experience managing budgets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This is an hybrid position in Warren, MI. All candidates must be local and elgible to work in the US without a sponsorship.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is 110-115K annually, depending on experience. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
