  • Organize and name video assets into appropriate folders for individual video episodes.
  • Assist the graphic designer in churning out templated video content.
  • Ensure timely preparation of video assets to meet a cadence of approximately two videos per week.
  • Contribute to the creative development and animation of video branding elements, such as animated logos and intro/outro sequences, if skills permit.
  • Collaborate closely with the content manager and graphic designer to ensure cohesive storytelling and visual consistency.
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, adapting to evolving priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in video production, editing, and asset management.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing large volumes of video footage and assets.
  • Experience with animation or motion graphics is a significant plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide updates on project status and timelines.
  • A portfolio showcasing strong video production and editing work, including any animation examples.
  • Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; remote Monday, Friday).
  • Willingness to work through holidays if needed, with understanding for major holidays like Christmas.
