We’re looking for a Senior Designer with hands-on experience in photo shoots and 360° campaign execution to support our growing creative team. This role will work closely with a Dr. Art Director helping to translate high-level creative direction into compelling, beautifully executed visual assets across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate is both a conceptual thinker and a doer—someone who can develop art direction for shoots, design polished campaign materials, and move projects forward with speed, independence, and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sr. Art Director and internal teams to concept and execute photo shoots, including lifestyle and product stills
- Build and maintain shot lists, schematic layouts, and shoot decks to guide production.
- Execute 360° campaign assets, including digital banners, emails, social posts, website graphics, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with retouchers, photographers, and other creative partners to ensure cohesive imagery and elevated design outcomes.
- Design and assemble complex digital assets that showcase refined typography, layered compositions, and a sophisticated aesthetic.
- Work hands-on to design and finalize campaign elements while supporting Amy in developing creative presentations and decks.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Contribute fresh creative thinking and visual problem-solving to marketing initiatives and campaign launches.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Designer or Art Director, with a portfolio demonstrating 360° campaign work and art direction for photo shoots.
- Expertise in graphic design, typography, and visual storytelling with an elevated, modern aesthetic.
- Highly hands-on, with the ability to both concept and execute—balancing strategic thinking and production-level design.
- Experience developing creative systems and visual identities for integrated campaigns.
- Skilled collaborator who can work independently.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Comfortable working across digital, social, and motion platforms with an understanding of how creative extends through 3D, video, and static formats.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage fast-moving projects and shifting priorities.
