We are seeking a Category Merchandiser for a 4-month hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR. Responsibilities
* Strategizing, building, and managing global 3-year line plans and product journeys cross-functionally.
* Meticulously managing, maintaining, and communicating all seasonal tools and assortments.
* Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teammates to enable seamless execution.
* Conducting thorough research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
* Continuously learning and evolving within a challenging and ever-changing environment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a combination of relevant experience.
* 2+ years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace, Buying, or relevant fields.
* Demonstrated understanding of consumer behavior and marketplace dynamics.
* An entrepreneurial spirit, with experience in new projects, concepts, or ideas.
* Proficiency in analyzing business and consumer trends.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to collaboratively manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities effectively.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to various cross-functional partners.
* A team-first mentality and a positive, energetic approach to work.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.00 to 32.00 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
