You will play a pivotal role in the daily flow of essential communications, operating advanced machinery and ensuring that every piece of mail is handled with utmost care and accuracy. This position is central to the operational success of a 24/7, 365-day environment, where your dedication directly supports the timely and secure delivery of sensitive information.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Operate and maintain large production-class digital printers for high-volume printing tasks.
* Manage large-class inserter machines for folding and inserting documents into various envelopes.
* Perform comprehensive mailroom functions, adhering to strict timelines in a fast-paced setting.
* Verify print jobs against documentation, ensuring accuracy before printing, inserting, and postage stamping.
* Communicate job completion within defined timeframes to maintain operational efficiency.
* Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Lift and move boxes of envelopes and paper weighing up to 50 lbs.
* Maintain a high level of physical activity, standing and moving throughout the entire shift.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a print or mailroom setting.
* Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Excel, PDF, and Outlook).
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
* Capable of standing for long periods throughout an entire shift.
* Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
* Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
* A strong balance of professionalism, customer service, compassion, and kindness.
