Our ecommerce client’s internal creative agency is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of homepage updates and daily email campaigns. This role will ensure that merchandising priorities, brand strategy, and marketing campaigns are accurately reflected across these critical customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized, and skilled at managing fast-paced workflows with cross-functional teams.

  • This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days per week required onsite in Lincolnshire, Il. 
  • Experience with Monday.com preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing, or e-commerce operations.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day scheduling and execution of homepage updates and daily email campaigns.
  • Work closely with the development team to coordinate timelines, requirements, and deliverables
  • Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative teams to align content and promotional priorities.
  • Track timelines, assets, and approvals to ensure homepage and email deliverables are accurate and on time.
  • Serve as a point of contact for cross-team communication regarding homepage and email planning.
  • Support QA and proofing processes to ensure flawless execution across site and email.
  • Prepare recaps and documentation of homepage/email performance and upcoming schedules.
  • Proactively flag risks or blockers to keep deliverables on track.

Requirements, Skills, Experience & Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage daily deadlines.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong proofing/QA skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across marketing, merchandising, and creative.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday) preferred.
