**About the Role:**

We are seeking a talented Content Designer to join a dynamic UX Product Design team. In this role, you will be instrumental in modernizing essential digital tools and experiences designed for advanced users, including business partners and internal representatives. You’ll be the voice behind the interface, providing dedicated content design support to create best-in-class digital solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise to increase user efficiency, improve satisfaction, and contribute to significant cost reductions through thoughtful design. You’ll enjoy a degree of autonomy while benefiting from a mature UX organization, collaborating with a vibrant community of content design practitioners, product designers, and user researchers. **What You’ll Do:**

* Collaborate closely within an agile environment, partnering with product owners, product designers, engineers, and other content designers, marketers, analysts, and researchers.
* Proactively identify content opportunities, employing content design and strategy methods to enhance the user experience through optimized information architecture and compelling language.
* Craft concise, effective content that adheres to established guidelines for tone and voice, following best practices for various digital channels and mediums.
* Continuously seek and integrate user feedback, evaluating UX effectiveness to determine where and how to optimize content for maximum impact.
* Coordinate across multiple projects and workstreams, navigating a complex product ecosystem and collaborating with diverse teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience.
* Write application micro-copy and design intuitive information architecture and workflows to support professional users.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in content design or a similar role.
* A strong portfolio of written work that showcases creativity, problem-solving skills, business impact, and measurable results.
* Proven experience working on design teams with a track record of successfully delivering content for internal-facing digital applications.
* Experience supporting multiple agile software engineering teams within a scrum methodology environment.
* Proficiency in employing content design and strategy methods and tools, such as content audits, competitive assessments, quantitative analysis, design thinking exercises, user research, and persona development.
* Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable content.
* Strong attention to detail and a collaborative spirit, comfortable giving and receiving feedback from peers and senior design partners.
* Highly collaborative with strong communication skills, capable of thriving in a complex, cross-functional environment.
* Experience working on complex applications or tools.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience within highly regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare.
* Familiarity with modern design prototyping tools.
