**About the Opportunity:**

We are looking for a visionary designer to join a dynamic team focused on modernizing essential sales tools and experiences for independent agents and sales call center representatives. **What You’ll Do:**

As a pivotal member of the team, you will:

* **Collaborate in an Agile Environment:** Work seamlessly within an agile framework, attending daily ceremonies and partnering closely with product owners, product designers, engineers, content designers, marketers, analysts, and researchers.
* **Solve Complex User Problems:** Dive deep into intricate user challenges, understanding complex product requirements, and untangling interaction design problems to craft optimal solutions that empower users to accomplish their tasks efficiently.
* **Integrate User Feedback:** Actively seek and incorporate user feedback, identifying research needs, and participating in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing to evaluate UX effectiveness and continuously optimize the experience.
* **Coordinate Across Workstreams:** Navigate a complex product ecosystem, coordinating across multiple projects and workstreams, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience.
* **Deliver Impactful Design Solutions:** Under general direction, you will deliver user-centered design solutions that support the creation of best-in-class digital tools for power users, directly contributing to increased efficiency, improved satisfaction, and reduced expenses.

**What You’ll Bring:**

* Demonstrated experience designing complex applications or tools.
* Proficiency with Figma, including comfort with advanced features like auto-layout and components.
* Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment.
* Strong communication skills, capable of articulating design decisions and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience within the insurance, financial services, or healthcare industries.
