As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will be instrumental in connecting top-tier candidates with exciting career opportunities. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential talent to guiding them through the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all. Your contributions will directly influence the quality of the workforce and the overall success of the organization. 

Areas of focus for recruiting will include: Manufacturing/Skilled Trades, HR, Engineering, Early Career Development and Software & Services. 

* Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
* Proactively source qualified candidates using diverse methods, including digital databases, professional networks, online resources, and employee referrals.
* Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ work history, training, education, and specific job skills.
* Maintain meticulous employment records and candidate information.
* Communicate effectively with applicants regarding employment opportunities, application status, and selection decisions.
* Provide potential applicants with comprehensive information about the organization’s culture, benefits, and career growth prospects.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

  • 2-4 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Auto, Meta, Google,or Apple exp is highly desirabele.
  • Data analysis experience- Must also be comfortable in Excel, Pivot Tables, VLookUps etc. 
  • Big number volume is a must to keep up with the demand of active requisitions. 
  • MUST have Workday experience
  • AI Interviewing software
  • Paradox is preferred
  • HireRight is preferred

Additional Requirements
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and provide outstanding customer service.
* Proven interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust.
* Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage your time and priorities.
* Foundational understanding of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and employment.
* Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training.
* Familiarity with business and management principles involved in strategic planning.
* Proficiency in common computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
* A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent professional training.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25.00 to 29.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

This is an hybrid position in Warren, MI. All candidates must be local and elgible to work in the US without a sponsorship.
