**Here’s how you’ll make an impact:**
* Drive business growth by acting as a primary point-of-contact for inventory managed solutions, engaging with both new and existing customers.
* Conduct thorough inventory audits, expertly sourcing and ordering necessary items, and skillfully project managing the implementation of new inventory solutions.
* Strategically manage and facilitate the responsible disposition of inventory at customer sites, actively working to reduce exposure to excess, dead, and discontinued items.
* Maintain optimal stock levels through meticulous auditing and replenishment, while promptly resolving customer issues related to inventory adjustments and discrepancies.
* Ensure strict compliance with established internal control procedures to maintain operational integrity.
* Play a key role in the implementation and setup of new inventory managed solutions, including designing effective systems, managing product reception, and ensuring proper stocking and labeling of finished goods.
* Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams, serving as the go-to subject matter expert for all inventory solutions tasks.
* Contribute to the development of others by assisting with training for new hires, vendors, customers, and various functional areas on inventory solutions best practices.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated experience in inventory management practices and principles.
* Strong problem-solving abilities to address inventory adjustments and discrepancies effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and cross-functional collaboration.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, showcasing foundational knowledge.
