This is a 100% US-based remote position that will start as an 8 month engagement that will likely extend up to 18 months.

Join a global technology leader renowned for its innovation and commitment to shaping the future of computing.  We are looking for Senior Test Associate to support a cloud product line—a hybrid cloud service that synchronizes files between on-premises file servers and the cloud storage platform. This role focuses on deployment activities, end-to-end testing, and stage pipeline management to ensure reliable, high-quality releases. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of these services.

Key Contributions & Responsibilities

  • Perform deployment activities, including executing EB2 pipeline deployments to production and stage environments.
  • Run self-host validations and end-to-end (E2E) testing to ensure product readiness.
  • Manage stage pipeline activities, ensuring successful integration and build stability.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and results reports.
  • Analyze and interpret test results to provide data-driven recommendations for improving testing processes.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings to discuss progress, blockers, and priorities.
  • Track progress against monthly goals and deliverables, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
  • 10+ years experience in Testing
  • 10+ years experience with server and Azure technologies
  • 10+ years of experience in scripting (i.e. PowerShell or similar)
  • Experience with various testing software
  • Experience writing test documentation such as Test Plans, scripts and test results reports
  • Ability to analyze/interpret test results and provide recommendations to improve testing
