This is a Remote role, but it is required to be near Redmond, WA to be able to pick up equipment as needed. It will start as a 2-month engagement but will be extending on a quarterly basis up to a possible 18 months.

About the Role
In this impactful role, you will be instrumental in modernizing consumer identity experiences and implementing robust new identity solutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to releasing high-quality, stable products by identifying and reporting anomalies, ensuring that projects meet specifications before reaching production. You will join a dedicated team focused on owning the experience for enterprise and consumer identity services, collaborating closely with senior testers to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute pre-written manual test scripts meticulously and report product anomalies when found.
- Run automated test tools and analyze results to identify potential issues and ensure system integrity.
- Perform basic computer configuration and application compatibility testing.
- Actively participate in “bug bashes” to thoroughly test projects and confirm functionality meets specifications prior to release.
- Conduct exploratory testing and a suite of manual tests for comprehensive build validation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, technical training certification, Associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience/training.
- 1-2 years of overall experience in the field of quality assurance or testing.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience with with testing in tools such as Fiddler
- Minimum 1-2 years experience with web applications and testing across various web browsers.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience with testing on Android and iOS mobile devices.
- Ability to use MS Word and Excel at a basic level.
- Demonstrated investigative and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with the product lifecycle.
- Ability to learn new information quickly and adapt to new technologies.
