**What You’ll Do & Impact You’ll Make:**

Your leadership will be key in orchestrating cross-functional efforts, navigating challenges, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Independently define, drive, and own program charters, meticulously addressing scope, timeline, objectives, resourcing, and risk management for moderately complex programs.
* Translate ambiguous program goals into clear, measurable objectives and milestones, determining the effective level of program management required for each initiative.
* Develop comprehensive project plans that break down initiatives into discrete, phased components, identify risks, dependencies, and proactively address program constraints.
* Independently determine program phasing and metrics to effectively drive continuous improvement, optimizing regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards.
* Design and deliver optimized program communication plans, including executive and key partner communications, articulating program objectives and progress across all touchpoints.
* Anticipate change management requirements, independently developing and executing rollout plans, monitoring progress, and resolving misalignments to ensure successful adoption.
* Cultivate trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders, proactively enabling effective decision-making, resolving prioritization misalignments, and managing program escalations.
* Independently determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making, maintaining comprehensive project trackers and status reports.
* Identify and execute program tasks, proactively managing dependencies, while incorporating values such as product excellence, product inclusion, and brand trust and reputation.
* Create automated processes to enhance operational velocity and monitoring, and define program governance structures for effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports.

Client Description
As a Program Manager, you drive multiple programs reaching beyond your immediate team and organization. You proactively identify, organize, and drive program activities and stakeholders in order to successfully deliver business, operational, and technical improvements. You scope, phase, and drive ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team. You ensure alignment of senior cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders. You have advanced knowledge of the domain of your program.
Responsibilities include:
– Across multiple teams, independently define, drive, and own program charter(s) that address scope, and timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of moderately complex programs. Translate ambiguous program goals into clear and measurable objectives/milestones. Determine the effective level of program management required of an initiative. Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases aligned to the needs of stakeholders, include risks/dependencies and support proactive identification of program constraints.
– Independently determine program phasing and metrics that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship. Optimize regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards. Ensure stakeholders are aligned on rationale for program pivots.
– Independently design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications. Articulately represent the program across touchpoints.
– Anticipate change management requirements. Independently develop change management rollout plans for programs including impact analysis. Proactively drive pivots requiring change management, monitor progress of change management rollout, and resolve misalignments. Define future change management needs.
– Effectively build trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders to proactively enable effective decision making. Resolve prioritization misalignments with stakeholders. Proactively manage program escalations.
– Independently determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making. Independently maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks, including proactively managing dependencies, while incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation. Create automated processes to enhance velocity and monitoring. Define program governance structure by determining effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports. drive effective program stakeholder meetings.
