**What You’ll Do:**
In this impactful role, you will be at the heart of critical infrastructure projects, guiding them from initial engineering concepts through to final construction and completion. You will serve as a central point of coordination, ensuring that all aspects of a project align with strategic goals and are executed with precision. Your contributions will directly enhance the reliability and performance of essential systems, making a tangible difference in the operational efficiency and customer experience.
* Provide comprehensive project oversight and coordination, working closely with internal project managers and external construction vendors.
* Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial engineering design and construction drawing development to vendor work assignment and continuous oversight of construction progress and completion.
* Oversee daily activities of construction vendors and develop strategic production runway plans for upcoming months.
* Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to triage and resolve technical issues across various projects.
* Develop comprehensive program charters, outlining scope, timelines, objectives, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies for new initiatives.
* Create detailed project plans that segment projects into distinct phases, identifying potential risks and interdependencies.
* Collect and analyze program progress data, maintaining meticulous project trackers and status reports in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Drive program tasks, integrating principles of product excellence, inclusivity, and brand trust.
* Gather data to inform mitigation strategies, post-mortems, and escalation reports.
* Facilitate productive and effective meetings with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Develop and deliver clear, organized program communications to immediate stakeholders.
* Document team roles and responsibilities across projects and create stakeholder maps.
* Identify and coordinate the resolution of any stakeholder misalignments to ensure smooth project progression.

Client Description
As a Technical Program Manager, you execute defined programs for your immediate team with collaboration from your teammates. You execute well-defined projects under limited guidance. You stretch to address undefined challenges with limited guidance from your teammates. You utilize existing protocols including meetings and project plans to monitor and manage program tasks and stakeholders. You identify, collaborate with, and communicate to stakeholders with minimal guidance from your teammates. You have foundational knowledge of the domain of your program.
Project Overview: Plant relocation in San Antonio involves replacing existing fiber in our network to make it more reliable for customers than the original installation years ago.
Overall Responsibilities: This position is responsible for project oversight and coordination to direct construction vendors and track progress by working directly with FTE Special Projects Manager. This role will be involved in end to end project management from engineering through project construction drawings, work assignment to construction vendors and overseeing construction progress and completion.
Daily Responsibilities: Construction vendor daily oversight, and production runway planning across all vendors for upcoming months.
Responsibilities include:
– Across projects, work alongside engineering stakeholders to triage technical issues.
– In close collaboration with program stakeholders, author program charter that addresses scope,timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of a basic program. Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases and include risks/dependencies.
– Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders. Maintain project trackers and status reports in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Identify and execute on program tasks, incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation. Collect Data to inform mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports. Facilitate effective meetings.
– Create and deliver program communications in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Ensure communications are organized and visible to immediate program stakeholders.
– Document program team roles and responsibilities across projects. In close collaboration with program stakeholders, author stakeholder map. Identify stakeholder misalignment and coordinate resolution.Minimum role qualification requires proficiency in:
