We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a specialized team focused on supporting business development efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling proposals and presentations that secure high-value business opportunities. Your expertise will directly contribute to expanding the client base and enhancing the organization’s reputation for exceptional service. **Here’s how you’ll make an impact:**

* Collaborate with diverse internal partners, including those in network development, marketing, wealth services, and strategic wealth groups, to gather essential information and insights.
* Develop a deep understanding of investor segments, service offerings, and products, identifying key market opportunities.
* Lead the creation of persuasive written proposals and narratives, working closely with field representatives and cross-functional teams to attract and secure high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
* Manage and format presentation content, ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment with business objectives to engage stakeholders effectively.
* Utilize content slides and integrate portfolio analysis reports to support and enhance the proposal process.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
* A client-centric approach, consistently prioritizing client needs and aligning actions with the purpose of serving investors and internal partners.
* Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information, develop cohesive business cases and recommendations, influence partners, and create compelling storylines.
* Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships and working effectively within cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to efficiently multi-task and meet deadlines independently.
* Strong problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of partners, a proactive “can-do” attitude, and high adaptability.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, product/program management, sales operations, or client experience.
* Prior experience within the financial services industry.
* Knowledge of financial products and services across various organizational functions.
