**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join a dynamic team focused on enhancing essential financial recordkeeping systems and applications. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity, performance, and innovation of solutions that underpin vital financial services. You will immerse yourself in the full software development lifecycle, from initial design and development through rigorous testing, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and ongoing production support. This is an opportunity to deliver innovative, reliable, and scalable solutions that directly impact the success of our clients and their customers.

**What You’ll Do**

* Engage across the entire software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and production support.
* Develop and implement innovative, reliable, and scalable software solutions for critical financial platforms.
* Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Collaborate closely with a highly collaborative Agile team to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver features efficiently.
* Drive continuous improvement in development and testing practices, contributing to a culture of excellence.
* Provide expertise in API development and test automation, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
* Leverage PowerShell scripting for automation and system management tasks.
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, optimizing deployment processes and accelerating delivery.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Strong proficiency in C# / .NET development.
* Experience with HTML/JavaScript & Angular for front-end development.
* Expertise in SQL / MS SQL Server.
* Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
* Demonstrated experience with API development and test automation tools.
* Familiarity with Cloud deployment platforms.
* Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Jasmine, and Karma.
* Proven manual testing experience.
* Proficiency with CI/CD tools, specifically Bamboo pipelines.
* Experience within the finance domain (banking, investment, retirement services, or similar).
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, thriving in a team-oriented environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience building cloud-ready applications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar cloud infrastructure).
* Experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar).
* Prompt engineering skills.
* Familiarity with GitHub Actions/Workflows.
