In this role, you will lead the charge in managing the full lifecycle of partner-related projects, from anticipating potential issues and crafting innovative solutions to orchestrating cross-functional collaboration. **Primary Duties:**
* **Process Excellence & Accountability**: Establish, track, and optimize operational processes in close collaboration with diverse stakeholders, ensuring adherence to compliance and privacy policies, and driving continuous improvement through automation and adoption.
* **Data-Driven Strategy**: Conduct deep-dive data analysis to unearth interpretable insights, delivering data-driven strategic recommendations that integrate business, product, and technical perspectives to stakeholders at all levels.
* **Collaborative Program Leadership**: Partner with team members and key stakeholders to define program goals, prioritize deliverables, and understand cross-team impact, fostering a culture of shared success.
* **Performance & Metrics Management**: Define critical program metrics, lead cross-functional teams to achieve program success, and proactively implement corrective actions to overcome organizational challenges.
* **Impact Measurement & Optimization**: Identify, collect, and track key metrics for program and project impact, leveraging these insights to continuously drive results and refine strategies.
* **Vision & Buy-in**: Champion the program vision and objectives, ensuring they are met or exceeded, and skillfully secure buy-in from executive sponsors and stakeholders.
* **Continuous Improvement**: Facilitate post-implementation feedback loops, maintain up-to-date documentation, and propose and implement changes for ongoing enhancement.

* **Roadmap & Expectation Management**: Create and manage project roadmaps to effectively manage stakeholder expectations, coordinate resources, and communicate strategic plans.
* **Stakeholder Relationship Management**: Build rapport and credibility with cross-team stakeholders, managing expectations, and providing valuable input to help achieve project goals.
* **Risk Management**: Conduct comprehensive risk identification, assessment, and ongoing monitoring, meticulously tracking their evolution and influence on project and program objectives.
* **Solution Documentation**: Develop clear and concise written documentation outlining solution scope, design, task-level deliverables, milestones, and management processes to ensure stakeholder accountability.
* **OKR Development & Monitoring**: Develop and refine Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across programs, monitoring progress closely with organizational and executive leadership.
* **Program Goal Prioritization**: Lead the development of program goals and prioritization, translating stakeholder needs into actionable deliverables, defining program roadmaps, and driving critical decisions.

Client Description
As a Business Program Manager providing Partner Operations support, you work independently on project management activities throughout the full lifecycle of a project. You anticipate issues and propose solutions, manage dependencies and cross-functional issues, and identify the need to develop or improve tools/processes while balancing the immediate needs of projects with the longer-term goals of their greater organization. You support the partner selection process, such as preparing RFx documentation, scheduling meetings, analyzing and synthesizing large amounts of data to support decision making, drafting executive communications (both internal and external facing). You support and perform root cause analysis on partner escalations. You support Flex and Subcontracting engagement models, managing and tracking staffing requests and aligning candidate profiles to requirements. You create compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex data and information for executive stakeholders and partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Establish and track process in collaboration with stakeholders, hold stakeholders/own teams accountable for following the established processes, identify cross-team sponsors and stakeholders and secure resources, ensure work alignment with compliance/privacy policies, identify opportunities for and implement process improvements (e.g., automating the process), and support or promote the adoption of processes.
- Draw interpretable insights from deep dives and data analysis, provide data-driven strategic recommendations that represent projects/programs from relevant business, product, and technical perspectives to stakeholders at a variety of levels.
- – Collaborate with team members and/or key stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss cross-team program impact.
- Establish key program metrics based on technical or program needs; manage cross-functional teams and drive action to ensure program success; develop, delegate, and drive corrective actions to address organizational challenges with minimal guidance.
- Identify, collect and track key metrics for program or project impact, including program/project participation and success with minimal guidance, leveraging metrics to drive results.
- Establish and/or promote program vision and objectives; ensure program objectives are met or exceeded; present program vision and gain buy-in from executive sponsors and stakeholders with minimal guidance.
- – After program implementation, collect feedback, ensure documentation is up to date, and facilitate discussions to follow up with cross-team stakeholders; propose and/or implement changes for continuous improvement with minimal guidance.

- Create project roadmaps with minimal guidance and use them to manage stakeholder expectations, as well as for communicating plans and coordinating resources.
- Manage expectations and maintain relationships with cross-team stakeholders to build rapport and credibility, plan, create, deliver content, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.
- Partner with and support cross-functional teams and stakeholders with minimal guidance.
- Complete full risk identification and risk assessment activities with minimal guidance as well as monitoring risk and recording its evolution and influence on project/program objectives.
- Develop written documentation with minimal guidance that defines solution scope, solution design, task-level deliverables, milestones, and management processes to ensure stakeholder accountability.
