This is a pivotal opportunity for a highly skilled Integrated Project Manager to join a vibrant team and play a critical role in bringing groundbreaking creative and experiential projects to life. You will be at the heart of transforming visionary ideas into tangible, impactful experiences, directly influencing how our client connects with its audience and stakeholders.

As an Integrated Project Manager, you will be the operational backbone for complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning experiential activations, events, and creative content development. Your expertise will ensure seamless collaboration across diverse teams, driving projects from concept to flawless execution, on time and on budget. This role offers the chance to lead, innovate, and collaborate with creative and production teams, contributing directly to the success of high-profile projects that captivate and engage.

**What You’ll Do:**

**Project Leadership & Workflow Management:**
* Drive day-to-day project workflows for both creative and event initiatives, meticulously building timelines, managing dependencies, and orchestrating approvals.
* Lead dynamic cross-functional collaboration, uniting design, copy, content, production, and event teams.
* Facilitate internal reviews, diligently track deliverables, and ensure all project milestones are met at every stage of development.

**Creative & Content Orchestration:**
* Oversee production timelines for a diverse range of creative assets, including branding, environmental design, video, motion graphics, and social content.
* Masterfully manage the creative process from initial concept through final delivery, guaranteeing all assets align perfectly with the brief and timeline.
* Serve as the crucial liaison between creative teams and internal stakeholders, fostering clarity and maintaining project momentum.

**Experiential & Event Execution:**
* Manage the complete project lifecycle for captivating internal and external experiences, such as activations, summits, conferences, installations, and various events.
* Collaborate closely with producers to seamlessly integrate creative deliverables into fabrication and logistics workflows.
* Provide essential support for pre-production planning, run-of-show development, and comprehensive wrap documentation for key moments.

**Cross-Functional Synergy & Risk Mitigation:**
* Cultivate clear and consistent communication across all project contributors and departments.
* Translate strategic and creative briefs into actionable plans, clearly defining ownership and deadlines.
* Proactively anticipate risks, swiftly solve problems, and keep all stakeholders continuously informed of progress and changes.

**Budget & Resource Stewardship:**
* Diligently track project scopes and timelines against allocated hours, budgets, and team bandwidth.
* Support strategic project resourcing, promptly flag constraints, and recommend necessary adjustments.
* Help maintain robust internal project documentation, calendars, and reporting tools.
* Assist in onboarding agency and vendor support as required, including managing invoices and budgets.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of robust project management experience within an in-house agency, creative studio, or brand experience team.
* Proven expertise in managing integrated projects across creative, content, events, and experiential disciplines.
* Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, with the demonstrated ability to skillfully manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
* A clear and compelling communicator who excels at building trust, adeptly navigating ambiguity, and ensuring everyone remains aligned.
* Extensive experience with event and meeting logistics, vendor management, and live production.
* Fluency in industry-standard project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, and similar platforms.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Familiarity with creative workflows and file types (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro).
* A background in supporting internal communications, leadership events, or employee experience initiatives.
* Comfort and adaptability within fast-paced environments and dynamic creative teams.
