**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented professional to elevate our visual merchandising, design, and photography efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing, designing, and executing dynamic store communications, engaging visual merchandising presentations, and captivating collateral for various customer engagement initiatives. You’ll harness your expertise in graphic design, in-house photography, and photo editing to translate strategic merchandising goals into compelling visual assets, ensuring a cohesive and inspiring brand presence. This position demands a blend of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and collaborative spirit, offering a unique chance to shape the visual identity of a beloved brand in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the graphic design and layout for essential visual merchandising guides, store communication tools, and presentation decks.
* Develop compelling visual mockups and 3D renderings to conceptualize and bring in-store experiences to life.
* Collaborate with senior creative leadership on collateral and prop design for customer engagement initiatives and product launches.
* Execute high-quality in-house photography and precise photo retouching, ensuring alignment with established brand standards.
* Translate complex merchandising strategies into clear, impactful visual tools and assets.
* Stay abreast of the latest design trends, photography techniques, and visual merchandising best practices to continuously innovate.
* Partner with diverse cross-functional teams, including marketing, visual operations, communications, and localization, to ensure seamless alignment and timely delivery of assets.
* Manage production timelines and deliverables, upholding consistent quality across all visual outputs.
* Actively contribute to the ongoing enhancement of design processes and tools.
* Foster a collaborative and innovative atmosphere within the team.
* Travel as required to support in-store photo shoots or brand-facing projects.
**Qualifications**
* 4–6 years of professional experience in graphic design, photography, and 3D rendering, with a strong preference for experience within a retail or visual merchandising context.
* A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional creative design and visual storytelling capabilities.
* Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard creative software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), alongside advanced skills in 3D rendering tools.
* Familiarity with collaborative platforms such as Figma, Miro, Airtable, and SharePoint.
* Proven experience in preparing print-ready mechanical files and effectively collaborating with external print vendors.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, adept at juggling multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
* A keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of current design trends, and a talent for visual curation.
* Outstanding communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and the ability to influence outcomes.
* A self-motivated and proactive individual with a strong drive to innovate and refine processes.
