This is an incredible opportunity to leave a lasting mark, directly influencing how audiences connect with a beloved brand and playing a pivotal role in crafting engaging experiences that resonate on a global scale.
**About the Role**
Are you a master storyteller who can translate a brand’s essence into tangible, awe-inspiring experiences? This role is for a dynamic and highly organized professional who excels at planning, producing, and flawlessly executing brand activations that captivate and inspire. Beyond traditional event logistics, you will harness the power of experiential marketing to create engaging, strategically aligned encounters, from intimate internal gatherings to large-scale cultural phenomena. You will be instrumental in shaping how diverse audiences interact with and perceive the brand, making every touchpoint memorable and impactful.
**What You’ll Do**

* Conceptualize and present innovative ideas that effectively translate brand narratives into immersive experiences, blending creative vision with strategic objectives.
* Collaborate seamlessly with internal creative, marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand integration across all activations.
* Manage the sourcing and coordination of vendors, fabrication partners, production crews, and freelance event talent.
* Liaise with various corporate operations and workplace experience partners, including those responsible for space planning, travel management, catering, security, AV/Tech, engineering, and facilities.
* Develop and meticulously manage budgets, timelines, run-of-show documents, and comprehensive production schedules.
* Oversee on-site execution and production, ensuring every detail reflects brand excellence and maximizes audience impact.
* Manage all necessary permits, insurance, contracts, and safety compliance for activations.
* Track and measure event return on investment (ROI) using key performance indicators such as attendance, engagement, brand sentiment, lead capture, and social amplification.
* Continuously monitor trends in experiential marketing, brand storytelling, spatial design, immersive technology, and consumer engagement to bring fresh, innovative thinking to every project.
**Must-Have Qualifications**
* Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing events, supported by a strong portfolio of experiential or brand-focused activations.
* A profound passion for storytelling, expressed through spatial design, interactive elements, and sensory experiences.
* Strong visual sensibility, coupled with a deep understanding of brand aesthetics and cultural relevance.
* Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently, often navigating fast-paced environments and tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in event management software and tools such as Airtable and Microsoft Suite, as well as creative collaboration platforms like Figma and Miro.
* Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours during critical event production periods.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**
* Professional background within creative agencies, brand experience studios, or lifestyle/consumer brands.
