We’re looking for a talented individual to elevate visual storytelling and bridge communication alignment within the executive office. In this pivotal role, you won’t just be designing; you’ll be a strategic partner, transforming complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, from senior leaders to individual contributors. Your work will provide early visibility into major initiatives, directly influencing the communication landscape and helping to shape programs adopted at a larger scale, particularly in critical areas like AI and silicon advancements.
You will be at the heart of critical projects, contributing to high-profile initiatives such as quarterly town halls, executive conference presentations, weekly business communications, and essential deliverables for recognition programs. Your ability to blend creativity with a strategic business mindset will ensure that every visual piece not only meets the highest design standards but also effectively conveys key messages and drives engagement across the organization.
As a key member of the executive office, reporting to the Senior Communications Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our visual communications strategy. Your efforts will directly support the CVP’s office, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact in all internal and external-facing collateral. This role demands a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach, where your execution excellence will shine through in every deliverable, ultimately fostering stronger organizational health and culture.
Primary Duties
- Design and refresh visual collateral for organizational health and culture initiatives, including newsletters, special campaigns, new employee orientation materials, and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Generate original campaign artwork and adapt existing content for various external channels, such as email, social media, and external presentations.
- Develop and maintain robust design templates to ensure visual consistency and optimize workflow efficiency across all communications.
- Provide essential video production and broadcasting support for large-scale events and meetings.
- Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the overall visual communications strategy, identifying new opportunities and best practices.
- Project manage content development from inception to final delivery and measurement, providing regular status updates to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with creative leads across various organizational units to uphold brand standards and ensure alignment.
- Analyze feedback from business stakeholders and adapt design strategies as appropriate to maximize impact.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum of 10-15 years of overall professional experience in graphic design and visual communications.
- 5-7 years of experience specifically in marketing communications or design discipline, including strong working knowledge of digital asset management and creative content generation.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of hands-on experience with leading creative design software suites/applications (e.g., for photo editing, page layout, illustration, and video editing).
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience with leading office productivity suites/applications, especially presentation software.
- Proficiency in graphic design, photography, and video production/editing.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management, specifically managing deliverables and timelines in a dynamic environment (not managing a project team).
- A degree is required for this role

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Demonstrated in-house experience supporting internal communications teams or executives (agency-only backgrounds are not preferred).
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining collaboration platforms.
- Ability to take on cross-functional responsibilities, including project and program management tasks beyond core design duties.
- Prior experience at a large technology company, with a strong understanding of the fast-paced and varied nature of executive office communications.
