As a key contributor to our Digital Marketing team, you will lead impactful digital marketing campaigns for a significant subscription service, directly influencing subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention. This is an incredible opportunity to work on worldwide campaigns that reach millions, shaping the customer experience through innovative testing and experimentation.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns for subscription services across various platforms, including console, mobile, and cloud-based experiences.
  • Partner closely with product marketing teams to align on strategy, roadmap, audience definition, and campaign priorities.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign plans and collaborate with design teams to create compelling campaign decks.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with production teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.
  • Support partner management, including engagement with key external collaborators.
  • Propose innovative campaign ideas and define strategic audience segmentation.
  • Drive continuous testing, measurement, and optimization across all campaigns to maximize performance.
  • Iterate on creative concepts to continuously enhance acquisition and engagement with core audiences.
  • Develop consistent playbooks for communicating campaign executions to stakeholders and internal/external partners.
  • Contribute to the development of go-to-market plans, sharing creative executions and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with business planning to understand new content additions and exits, engagement forecasts, and acquisition forecasts.
  • Manage a dynamic workload, dedicating approximately 50% of your time to direct actioning and 50% to collaboration with development teams and internal partners for campaign review and optimization.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of overall experience in marketing campaign management.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with marketing campaign development, preferably within the entertainment or gaming industry.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with copywriting and messaging for marketing campaigns.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with project management for marketing campaigns.
  • A college degree is required, preferably in a related field such as marketing.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Significant previous experience with ad trafficking or paid advertising.
  • Previous experience managing web campaigns or websites.
  • Proven experience with A/B testing methodologies.
  • A genuine passion for gaming or the entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of developing digital campaigns that incorporate continuous iteration to drive improved performance.
  • Outstanding project management and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, particularly within a highly matrixed organization.
  • An analytical mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of subscription, entertainment, or technology business models.
  • Experience with in-product campaign execution.
