We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the workforce of a leading global consumer goods company, ensuring a positive and efficient employee experience. You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing essential HR support and maintaining critical data. What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, offering guidance on a range of HR topics.
  • Manage inbound phone calls and create detailed case records to track issues to resolution.
  • Provide support for payroll-related questions, using your knowledge of timekeeping and payroll principles to assist employees.
  • Collaborate with the internal payroll team to ensure seamless resolution of complex inquiries.
  • Process tuition reimbursement requests and employee verification documentation.
  • Address policy questions, ensure compliance, and assist with policy acknowledgments.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and support the generation of performance reports.
  • Utilize case and call management software to efficiently track and resolve employee issues.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role, with a preference for HR or a contact center environment.
  • Proven experience in a contact center, handling inbound phone calls and case management.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve payroll inquiries, with a solid understanding of timekeeping and payroll fundamentals.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with a major HR information system.
  • Familiarity with case management software.
  • Prior experience supporting inquiries related to Leave of Absence (LOA).
  • Spanish language skills are highly preferred.
