This is a Redmond, WA based Hybrid position (3 days a week onsite). It will start out as a 9 month engagement but could extend up to 18 months.

Unleash Your Impact as a Reporting & Analytics Program Lead
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for data and a knack for orchestrating successful projects? We’re seeking an experienced professional to lead reporting and analytics development for a critical internal supply chain initiative. In this role, you won’t just manage; you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving the creation of scalable, insightful reporting and analytical tools. You will have the unique opportunity to manage a small team of developers, collaborate extensively with engineering and business stakeholders, and directly influence operational decision-making with high-visibility projects. Your Contributions Will Include:
- Leading a small team of developers to design and develop scalable reporting and analytics solutions that support supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable reporting and data solutions.
- Partnering with supply chain, engineering, and data teams to define and align on key performance indicators (KPIs) that track end-to-end process efficiency, service levels, inventory health, and cost-to-serve.
- Developing comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights into operational readiness, program milestones, and business adoption metrics.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by collaborating with data management teams to define data sources, governance rules, and validation methods for critical datasets.
- Conducting root cause analysis and performance deep dives to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across various operational processes.
- Leading and managing user acceptance testing (UAT) of reporting and analytics deliverables to ensure functionalities operate as designed and meet business requirements.
- Supporting executive and stakeholder reporting by delivering timely insights that inform decision-making, track benefits realization, and ensure accountability across the transformation program lifecycle.
- Coordinating and communicating end-to-end project schedules, holding stakeholders accountable for milestones, and providing hands-on program management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documenting risks, issues, dependencies, and key design decisions to support proactive program management and change readiness.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Reporting and Data Analytics, with a proven track record of producing impactful business reports and analytics using Power BI.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management experience, specifically managing reporting or analytics projects from concept to delivery.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Technical Collaboration experience (Azure DevOps, Jira), working closely with developers and engineers to deliver complex solutions, utilizing project management and collaboration platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and refine business requirements for reporting and analytics.
- Experience managing project timelines and ensuring cross-team alignment.
- A strong understanding of software and user acceptance principles.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
