As a Human Resources Consultant, you will play a vital role in developing and guiding the next generation of marketing leaders through a prestigious rotational program. You’ll directly impact the careers of high-potential individuals while collaborating with senior leaders to ensure a seamless talent pipeline. This role focuses on talent management, recruitment, and program oversight for a high-profile marketing development program. You will be responsible for guiding participants through rotations, gathering feedback, and facilitating their growth within the organization. Your expertise in talent acquisition will be essential in identifying and selecting top-tier candidates for the program. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure program success and contribute to the overall talent strategy of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead talent reviews and planning to ensure strategic alignment and effective development of program participants.
- Gather feedback from participants and use insights to improve the program and future rotations.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, including attending events, interviewer training, and candidate selection.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to manage budgets, headcount, and conversions.
- Conduct interviews, participate in calibrations, and determine intern offers.
- Schedule and manage key programmatic events.
- Conduct regular check-ins with participants, facilitate coaching sessions, and address any challenges.
- Manage a team of volunteers for recruiting events.
- Align mentors and managers with program participants.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or recruitment. One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Keynote.
- Strong communication skills and detail-oriented approach.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday.
- Program management experience within HR.
- Previous HR or recruitment experience within a similar corporate environment.
- Experience with university recruiting, talent, and interns.
