As an Inventory Planner, you will:
- Oversee end-to-end inventory planning, ensuring timely purchasing of finished goods to support consumer demand.
- Manage supply health by creating purchase orders, adjusting supply parameters, and optimizing supply efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Demand & Supply Management, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Brand, to align on inventory targets and delivery expectations.
- Analyze data, track key metrics, and identify risks to ensure on-time delivery and inventory productivity.
- Resolve operational challenges, escalating issues as needed to maintain inventory health.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize planning tools.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a related supply chain field.
- Proven experience managing a large SKU count within a retail environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in end-customer management.
- Retail background with an understanding of marketplace dynamics.
- Familiarity with planning tools such as SAP or similar.
