As a key member of the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in orchestrating marketing campaigns, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution across various channels.
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be essential to the success of the Lifestyle Channel team. You will be responsible for managing projects, timelines, and resources to ensure successful marketing campaigns. Your organizational skills and ability to collaborate effectively will be key to streamlining workflows and maximizing team efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management support for the full Lifestyle Channel WHS Marketing team, including various groups and regions.
- Plan and track marketing documents and milestones for go-to-market deliverables.
- Collaborate with account leads and the digital team to develop content calendars that align with paid media plans.
- Drive cohesiveness across Lifestyle Channel accounts.
- Manage key launch projects, including setting recurring meetings, developing account strategy presentations, and standardizing Share Point folder structures.
- Collaborate with Project Managers within other marketing channels and headquarters.
- Collect and input activation tactics into leadership recap presentations.
- Provide sample ordering support for key launches.
- Establish best practices and templates for various marketing activities, including previews, social media, prelines, and retail marketing initiatives.
- Define and track KPIs for the Brand Specialist program.
- Develop and maintain recap and reporting processes.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within a marketing or related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Share Point.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in the sporting goods or fashion industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content calendars.
- Knowledge of KPI development and reporting.
