As a B2C Copywriter, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives that connect with people seeking relief from pain, guiding them towards a healthier, more active life. Your words will have a direct impact on people’s well-being, helping them rediscover the joy of movement and daily activities.

This exciting opportunity allows you to join a dynamic B2C Creative team, collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and creative operations professionals. Working within a focused pod structure, you’ll partner with a designer and select marketers to achieve specific objectives. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the brand’s voice and driving engagement across multiple channels.

In this role, you will:

  • Craft impactful marketing copy across various channels, including paid media, video, email, direct mail, web, and SMS. Use data-driven insights to optimize copy for maximum performance, from headlines and subject lines to call-to-action buttons.
  • Refine and elevate the brand’s voice and tone, ensuring consistency and empathy across all member touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop high-performing, user-centered assets, ranging from social media posts to landing pages, maintaining a cohesive brand experience.
  • Generate innovative creative concepts and explore new channels to reach and engage target audiences.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of writing experience in a startup, in-house, or agency environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing writing with a focus on social media (static and video content).
  • A portfolio showcasing work that demonstrates how your copy has improved marketing performance.
  • Proven ability to translate product features into compelling, user-friendly language.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing individual workload to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in an agile sprint format.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $65 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
