Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Remote Type: 3 Month Contract (Full-Time)

*Talent for this role must provide their own laptop, along with Adobe Creative Suite license which includes Adobe After Effects and Premier.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with over 5 years of experience, preferably

from an agency background, to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a self-

starter, up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, and capable of translating

branding and design specifications into compelling visual narratives across various

media. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency,

creativity, and strategic alignment in all design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with all teams to maintain clear and effective communication.
• Develop and produce designs that are consistent with brand guidelines while
• pushing creative boundaries.
• Create visually impactful graphics and applications from concept to completion.
• Work closely with copywriters, art directors, strategy, and account teams to
• ensure design integrity and brand consistency across campaigns and
• touchpoints.
• QA design outputs, ensuring high quality, accessibility, and adherence to project
• specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget
• constraints.

Qualifications &; Experience:

• Portfolio demonstrating strong print and digital design work
• Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects,
• Premier)
• Creative Cloud License, ability to access all apps and fonts
• Advanced InDesign skills
• Illustration skills an asset
• Adobe Animate skills an asset
• Experience working in multiple languages files
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt to various design styles and execute modern aesthetic
• approaches
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
