This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate writer and design thinker to craft compelling narratives and user-centered experiences. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and researchers to create intuitive and engaging experiences for a diverse range of users. Your expertise in UX writing will be essential in simplifying complex financial concepts and making them accessible to everyone.
What You’ll Do:

• Plan and write UX content for web and mobile experiences (across all touchpoints, including navigation, user interface copy, emails, in-app notifications, chatbots, and help resources).
• Collaborate with Design on page layout, interactions, and visual tone.
• Use data-driven insights about experience gaps and customer pain points to brainstorm and build proposed experience solutions.
• Drive the definition of a clear and actionable strategic direction for content in your designated area.
• Coordinate and advise content designers on other teams to share context and ensure clarity based on customer research.
• Use data and research to evaluate your content’s impact and push for continuous improvement that shows tangible results.

Must-Haves:

• 4+ years of professional writing experience for web or mobile content.
• Excellent, highly creative writing and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience working with content standards, such as style and voice and tone guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, set stakeholder expectations, work independently, and collaborate across teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in financial services, payments, cryptocurrency, B2B or B2C e-commerce.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Design, Information Science, or a related field.
