As an eCommerce Project Manager II, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of a prestigious skincare brand, driving growth through innovative strategies and collaborative execution. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your expertise in direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels with key account management, impacting both brand building and revenue generation.
This exciting role will empower you to lead and optimize the D2C experience, while simultaneously spearheading the brand’s expansion on major e-commerce platforms. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and education teams to ensure seamless product launches and sustained growth. Your analytical insights and strategic thinking will be essential in navigating the evolving digital landscape and maximizing brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the affiliate program, from strategic planning and marketing to team development and performance optimization.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive program adoption and engagement on the brand website.
- Create and maintain playbooks and guidelines for consistent program execution.
- Manage the relationship with third-party vendors.
- Oversee customer service support for the affiliate program.
- Spearhead the strategic launch of products on key e-commerce platforms, developing go-to-market strategies and collaborating with the sales team.
- Develop and implement account-specific growth strategies for key e-commerce partners.
- Analyze key account performance, identify trends and opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce partners.
- Monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
- Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing e-commerce projects, with a strong understanding of both D2C and B2B2C dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving growth and innovation.
