You will play a key role in enhancing the workflows of designers and production professionals, directly impacting the creation of cutting-edge content. This is an exceptional opportunity to bridge legacy systems with modern Swift development, leaving your mark on a suite of widely used applications.

As a key member of the development team, you will:

  • Develop new features for internal extensions using Swift and SwiftUI, enhancing existing macOS applications.
  • Test new and existing features, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Address bugs efficiently, providing quick-turnaround solutions to maintain workflow continuity for creative teams.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to understand their needs and tailor solutions to their workflows.
  • Integrate new Swift code with a mature Objective-C codebase, maintaining stability and minimizing disruption to legacy systems.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Extensive macOS development experience with SwiftUI and AppKit.
  • Deep understanding of Swift and Objective-C interoperability, with practical experience working across both languages.
  • Proven ability to extend and integrate with existing codebases while minimizing impact on legacy code.
  • Experience contributing to large-scale, complex projects.
  • Exceptional debugging skills and commitment to writing clean, maintainable, high-quality code.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with creative and production teams, understanding their workflows and needs.
  • Expert-level proficiency with productivity applications.
  • Ability to work quickly and adapt to feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, time-sensitive production environments.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independently troubleshooting technical and process-related issues.
  • Detail-oriented approach to bug tracking, issue management, and QA processes.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
  • Strong listening and analytical skills for effective problem-solving and debugging.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, informal environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional projects, collaborating with diverse teams.
