Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Photo Editor to join our team onsite three days a week. This role is focused on preparing and perfecting digital product images for web use. You will work closely with other team members to ensure consistent, high-volume output of color-corrected, retouched, and fully optimized assets that showcase our products beautifully.

We are seeking a highly technical, detail-oriented photo retoucher centered on photo editing and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-house color correction to ensure product images reflect true colors
• Retouch and apply high-end image enhancements and detailed copying work
• Create and optimize web assets from start to finish
• Manage digital assets including file naming, metadata tagging, and file organization
• Implement color matching across product lines and collections
• Use automation and scripting tools to streamline repetitive tasks
• Collaborate closely with the team to meet daily volume and quality standards

Candidate Profile

Must Haves:

• Strong team player mindset; ability to collaborate effectively
• Comfortable working in a team-focused environment; independent/siloed working style may not be a fit
• Experience in an agency environment is highly preferred
• Background in home/interior decor photography ideal; experience in consumer goods/e-commerce also acceptable
• Solid photo editing portfolio, demonstrating:

  • Before/after examples of color correction

  • High-end retouching and product copy work
  • Images related to home or interiors strongly preferred
• Technical expertise in photo editing software and asset management
