This is a US Based remote position. The person must sit in the PST time zone. The position will start at 9 months but could extend up to 18 months.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be a key player in a team dedicated to managing the supply chain for AI hardware. Your work will directly impact the timely delivery of critical components, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project timelines. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the intricacies of supply chain management within a fast-paced tech environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in meetings with leadership to understand project requirements and updates.
- Maintain data integrity through accurate entry, review, and analysis.
- Ensure system alignment and accuracy, contributing to the smooth operation of the supply chain.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring timely delivery of hardware.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by meeting delivery deadlines.
Must-Haves:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Power BI data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
