Are you a passionate UX Researcher eager to make your mark on groundbreaking AI products? In this exciting role, you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic research team dedicated to crafting and enhancing AI-powered experiences. You’ll dive deep into user behaviors, uncover hidden needs, and translate your findings into actionable insights that directly influence product development. This is your chance to contribute to the next generation of AI technology.
What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct qualitative research studies, including user interviews, focus groups, and diary studies, to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Design and execute surveys to gather quantitative data and identify trends.
  • Analyze research data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable recommendations for product and design improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure research insights are integrated into the product development process.
  • Manage research projects independently, from planning and execution to reporting and presentation.

Must-Haves:

  • 2-4 years of experience in UX research, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.
  • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Experience with user research tools such as UserTesting, dscout, and Qualtrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working on consumer-facing technology products.
  • Familiarity with Figma and Figjam.
  • Background in human-computer interaction, experimental psychology, social psychology, or a related field..
