As a vital contributor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and strategic support for a key executive team within a critical and innovative area of the business. Your proactive approach and organizational prowess will directly empower leaders, enabling them to focus on high-level initiatives and drive forward groundbreaking projects. You will be instrumental in supporting an executive team focused on power and creativity, contributing to key projects such as morale-boosting events, smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for team members, and efficient equipment management. Your efforts will directly enhance team cohesion and operational efficiency, offering high exposure to leadership and opportunities for career growth.

**Your Impact and Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage complex administrative functions, providing comprehensive support to all levels of management and external business partners.
* Efficiently manage schedules, coordinate intricate travel arrangements, and process business expenses with precision.
* Orchestrate and execute successful meetings and events, from planning to flawless delivery.
* Oversee department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility management to ensure smooth functioning.
* Manage the procurement of essential goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and foster strong vendor relationships.
* Provide essential general office support and serve as the primary contact for your department/group.
* Lead and contribute to special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
* Actively support the team with day-to-day needs, including hardware management, onboarding/offboarding logistics, and space management.
* Contribute significantly to event planning and support routine business operations (ROB) and calendar management.
* Undertake ad-hoc tasks, showcasing a “can-do” attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in event planning and exceptional organizational skills.
* Minimum of 2+ years of experience utilizing leading productivity and collaboration tools, including presentation, email, communication, and spreadsheet software.
* Minimum of 2+ years of experience presenting information with an executive presence.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
* A proactive mindset, consistently seeking out additional tasks and projects as bandwidth permits.

* Proven ability to multi-task and navigate ambiguity with confidence and flexibility.
* A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively within a larger team structure.
