This is a US-based, Remote position in PST time zone. It will start as a 9-month engagement but could extend to 18 months.

You will be a key contributor to a dynamic team responsible for managing all aspects of subscription planning, budgeting, and forecasting. As a Business Analyst, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact the company’s success. You’ll collaborate closely with revenue, cloud, and hardware teams, ensuring seamless subscription management and accurate financial planning. Your insights will shape strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation.
What You’ll Do:
- Refresh and update key reports, scorecards, and presentations monthly.
- Maintain and enhance advanced financial models.
- Conduct variance analysis against forecasts across various business metrics (SKU, platform, publisher, title-level).
- Support ad-hoc analyses and provide data-driven insights to the broader team.
- Document business processes and deliverables.
- Refine business forecasting models during quarterly and annual planning processes.
- Deliver weekly business outlooks based on current trends and forecasts.
- Develop and prepare analytical reports to support business activities.
- Partner with finance and content delivery teams to ensure data accuracy.
Must-Haves:
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, finance, or a related field.
- Background in data analysis or FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced modeling and data analysis.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with subscription businesses and/or the gaming industry.
- Familiarity with gaming industry business models and titles.
- Experience working with SQL-based data cubes and business model connections.
