This is a Hybrid position based in Redmond, WA (3 days a week). It will start as a 9 month engagement and could extend up to 18 months.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining the rhythm of business, collaborating with management and subject matter experts to deliver impactful executive reporting and drive key projects forward. In this role, you will collaborate closely with management on establishing the Rhythm of Business (ROB), including executive reporting and coordination of subject matter experts (SMEs). You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, aligning content and priorities, ensuring professional output, and driving ownership of actions. You will also contribute to executive-level reporting for Compute Sourcing, coordinating SMEs, aligning messaging, and maintaining key objectives. Additionally, you will ideate and create dashboards to automate reporting and analysis for operational efficiency.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate SMEs to deliver standard reports and special topics for ROB (weekly, monthly, executive steering committee)
  • Align meeting content, topics, priorities, and timeslots
  • Ensure professional output, organized links, and accessible raw data
  • Schedule ROB meetings, pre-alignment meetings, and dry-runs
  • Publish pre-reads, meeting summaries, and action summaries
  • Drive ownership of actions, agenda, and schedule
  • Coordinate SMEs to deliver reports and special topics for Executive MSR/Steerco
  • Align content, topics, and messaging
  • Gather details from SMEs as directed by senior managers
  • Coordinate MSR report out, created and presented by MSFT SMEs
  • Maintain OKRs in line with MSR reporting
  • Schedule pre-alignment meetings
  • Coordinate deliverables for OSAT Recovery reporting as part of the weekly ROB
  • Ideate and create dashboards to house report data, aiming to automate reporting
  • Onboard into PO process and tracking tools
  • Release and track POs, adhering to established budgets
  • Align cross-functional requirements, documentation, pricing, capacity, and SOWs
  • Maintain delivery schedule alignment with program SMEs
  • General project coordination (scope definition, team coordination, regular meetings with SMEs, reporting, load balancing, prioritization)

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8-10 years of overall experience
  • 5+ years of experience with PowerPoint/Office tools and executive presentations
  • 1+ year of experience with Project Management, specifically collaborating with cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in the technology or supply chain industry
