As a Project Manager on this team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of large-scale events, from initial planning to on-site execution.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including executive admins and business managers, to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Maintaining meticulous project documentation, including status updates and content management on SharePoint.
- Facilitating communication and follow-up with various team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Curating and refining content for event-related materials, ensuring clear and engaging communication.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience managing large-scale events end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail and organization.
- Proven experience in content or project management, with a strong understanding of effective communication strategies.
