Responsibilities That Will Shape the Future of Fashion: Analyze fabric needs and align them with design, merchandising, and product development priorities. Collaborate with Product Development and Merchandising to ensure fabrics meet pricing targets. Drive fabric process discipline throughout the product-to-market calendar, ensuring seamless execution from Mill Week to Fabric Alignment and Sampling. Curate and maintain a comprehensive fabric and wash resource library, supporting seasonal inspiration and archiving production fabrics. Track Fabric development KPIs and brand discipline on seasonal developments. Monitor fabric testing reports and risk assessment tools to manage expectations across functional areas. Support fabric pricing guidelines for line planning. Must-Have Qualifications: Deep understanding of woven fabric constructions, weaves, and finishes. Experience with PLM systems.
