Budget Manager

This is a hybrid role in Redmond, WA.
Pay Range: $60/hr – $67/hr​

As a Budget Manager, you will be at the heart of business operations, playing a critical role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring smooth operations. You will collaborate closely with leadership, manage budgets, and oversee key programs that directly impact the team’s success. This role offers a unique blend of operational management, employee engagement, and strategic planning.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage business operations, scaling office functions and supporting key program management initiatives.
• Oversee budget management, including working with budget tools, analyzing employee signals, and planning for headcount.
• Lead executive-level reporting and provide support for leadership team activities.
• Drive employee experience programs, including onboarding, recognition awards, morale events, and training curriculums.
• Foster communication and transparency across the organization, ensuring alignment on priorities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in budget management (managing financial resources, allocations, and planning).
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft tools (such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel).
• 5-7 years of experience supporting senior leadership and executive offices.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Prior experience working within a large tech environment.
• Experience managing business operations and employee experience programs.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60/hr – $67/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
