We are looking for a Product Manager focused on Studio Experiences for our retail client. This will be a 7-month hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR, starting in early September. You’ll be the driving force behind innovative solutions, collaborating with teams to shape the future of product visualization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution. You’ll partner with technical creatives and engineers, diving deep into the product creation lifecycle and optimizing the user experience for digital asset visualization tools. Your expertise will streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and empower teams to bring stunning product visuals to life.
Responsibilities:
- Champion the integration and adoption of cutting-edge digital asset visualization tools, ensuring seamless onboarding for new users and continuous optimization.
- Lead discussions with key stakeholders and external partners, shaping the future of product visualization throughout the product creation lifecycle.
- Identify and implement process improvements, maximizing efficiency and innovation within the current visualization toolset.
- Collaborate closely with technical creatives, engineers, and business stakeholders to resolve challenges and establish best practices.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by coordinating and participating in meetings between internal teams and external partners.
- Spearhead documentation and training initiatives, ensuring consistent workflows and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Research, strategize, and implement solutions to address tool gaps and enhance connectivity.
- Support workload management by communicating key deadlines and ensuring the timely delivery of critical experiences.
- Analyze existing team workflows, identify areas for improvement, and research solutions to address gaps or broken connection points.
- Monitor communication channels to track deliverables, deadlines, and address any emerging issues.
- Collaborate with teams and users on tool documentation and training, empowering them to leverage the full potential of the visualization tools.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Product Management experience in Footwear, Apparel, or both.
- Proven ability to develop effective product specifications, including user stories, epics, and detailed requirements.
- Exceptional execution skills, driving teams to deliver on commitments with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to define clear and measurable objectives, effectively allocating team resources to achieve business goals.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous learning is essential.
- Collaborative team spirit and a willingness to contribute to collective success.
- Bias for action and a “progress over perfection” mentality.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
- 1-2 years of experience in Apparel and Accessories
- 1-2 years of experience in Footwear
- 1-2 years of experience in 3D Digital Product Creation
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.00 to $43.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
