We are looking for a Product Operations Manager for our Global retail client. Candidates with a design operations background are highly preferred. You’ll be a vital link between product strategy and execution, driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless product launches. Your expertise will directly impact the success of cutting-edge products, shaping the future of sport and style. As a Product Operations Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimizing processes and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality products. You’ll be the driving force behind efficient workflows, clear communication, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product, development, marketing, and other teams to align operational processes with product strategy.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish best practices and workflows for product development and delivery.
- Facilitate open communication and transparency regarding project status and milestones.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks that may impact product delivery.
- Utilize data analytics to assess product performance, track KPIs, and inform decision-making.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes throughout the product lifecycle.
- Integrate customer feedback into product operations to drive improvements.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors.
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product operations domain.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with project management tools such as Miro and Airtable
