As an integral part of the operations team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, developing, and implementing strategies to enhance operational effectiveness. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, conduct thorough analyses, and recommend data-driven solutions. This role provides a platform to showcase your analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for driving positive change.
Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational plans and procedures, providing technical support to achieve business objectives.
  • Advise business groups on initiative prioritization, integration, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Track, maintain, and report on key operational metrics and business scorecards.
  • Conduct operations analyses, including operational effectiveness and capacity utilization, and recommend improvements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of directly relevant work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience as noted in the job description).
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Familiarity with operational processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
