Senior Health & Safety Specialist

Overview

Our retail client is looking for a Senior Health & Safety Specialist to join their team!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead diverse safety projects and processes with autonomy.
• Coach and review the work of junior safety professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in safety practices.
• Develop innovative solutions to existing safety challenges using advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must-Haves:

• Degree in Safety or a related field.
• 1.5 – 2 years of relevant experience.

Nice-to-Haves:

• ASP or CSP certification.

This role is on-site in Trenton, SC. The hours are M-F 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm. 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $85,000 – $90,000.
Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
