As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how this innovative organization utilizes cloud technologies, ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence. Be a driving force in cloud governance, collaborating with engineering, platform owners, and stakeholders to define and implement critical compliance standards. You’ll bridge the gap between technical and business teams, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical and technical skills to make a tangible impact on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document requirements for cloud governance capabilities.
  • Partner with engineering to design and implement policy-as-code solutions for compliance detection and measurement.
  • Facilitate the standardization, approval, and lifecycle management of cloud governance rules.
  • Manage exception handling processes and ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Interface with adjacent teams to integrate compliance data into the cloud governance platform.
  • Analyze compliance metrics, identify trends and risks, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training materials on cloud governance principles and best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of progressive analytics and data visualization experience.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and data analysis.
  • Expertise in SQL.
  • Experience writing business documents, gathering requirements, and providing data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, database applications, and data warehousing tools.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with data testing and UAT.
  • Familiarity with diagramming software and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.20 to $48.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
