As a Campaign Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of omnichannel advertising campaigns. You’ll leverage your expertise to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across a variety of platforms, ensuring maximum impact and return on investment. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, allowing you to flex both your analytical and creative muscles.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, overseeing all aspects from planning to optimization.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on media planning, audience strategy, and platform activation.
  • Lead client and agency calls, providing expert guidance on media tactics and campaign performance.
  • Demonstrate expertise across various media types, including paid search, programmatic display, social media, and more.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities based on campaign performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital campaign management, optimization, or media operations.
  • Deep understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.).
  • Client-facing experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms (display, video, social, search).
  • Expertise in programmatic advertising and related technologies (DSPs, DMPs).
  • Proven track record of developing successful advertising strategies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.52 to $52.80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
