As a Senior Copywriter, you’ll be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives that connect with people seeking relief from pain and inspire them to embrace a healthier lifestyle. Your words will have a direct impact on their journey towards recovery and well-being.

This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with data-driven strategy. Collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and creative operations, you’ll develop impactful campaigns across various channels, including email, direct mail, web, and SEO. Your expertise in performance marketing and direct mail will be essential in driving engagement and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling and empathetic copy for various marketing channels, focusing on acquisition and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Use data and insights to optimize copy for maximum performance, boosting key metrics and driving conversions.
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and cohesive content across all channels.
  • Brainstorm and pitch innovative creative concepts to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Refine and elevate the company’s brand voice and tone across all member touchpoints.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of writing experience, preferably in a startup, in-house, or agency environment.
  • 2+ years of direct performance marketing and direct mail writing experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing how your copy has improved marketing performance (results/outcomes).
  • Proven ability to translate complex data and research into persuasive and actionable copy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in an agile sprint format.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $64 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
